He has proven expertise in managing complex pension and life assurance processes, ensuring accuracy and regulatory adherence. Ross has earned his Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA) qualification through the LIA.
As the Senior Life and Pensions Administrator, his focus is to ensure that all areas of the customer journey with Engage are managed effectively and efficiently. He works closely with our Financial Consultants to ensure full operational compliance and acts as a key liaison between life companies and clients, ensuring a smooth process. His role helps maintain the high standard of customer service that Engage is known for.
