Having recently secured my mortgage through Engage Financial Solutions, I honestly can't see why anyone would go anywhere else. Danny O'Brien and Aishling O'Toole were exceptional throughout the entire process. Their knowledge of the mortgage market, lenders, mortgage protection, home insurance, and all the related requirements was outstanding. However, what really set them apart was the level of service they provided. From the very beginning, every call was answered, every email was followed up on promptly, and at no stage did I feel lost, confused, or unsure of what came next. They guided me through each step of the process with patience and professionalism, and were always available whenever I had a question. No query was ever too small, and I always felt fully supported. Applying for a mortgage can be overwhelming, especially with so many rates, products, and options available. Danny and Aishling took all of the complexity out of the process, clearly explaining every option in straightforward, easy-to-understand terms and helping me make informed decisions with confidence. Their expertise, responsiveness, and genuine commitment to their clients made what could have been a stressful experience feel seamless and manageable.
